the Meetings
Sahaja Meditation
is easy to learn. It is a state of inner calm
and quiet. Anyone, of any age or
cultural background, can benefit from
practicing Sahaja  Meditation.
Newcomers are always  welcome.
Sahaja Meditation is
an inner yoga. No physical or mental  effort is needed.
It helps to practice
Sahaja Meditation at home
for 5 to 10 minutes
a day.
Meetings include a guided meditation,
where everyone in
the room enjoys a state of
silence and calm. 

What to bring, what to wear
Meetings last 45 minutes.
You can either sit in a chair or
sit on the floor to enjoy Sahaja Meditation.
Wear loose, comfortable
clothing.
