About the Meetings
Sahaja Yoga Meditation
is easy to learn. It is a state of inner calm
and quiet. Anyone, of any age or
cultural background, can benefit from
practicing Sahaja  Yoga Meditation.
Newcomers are always  welcome.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is
an inner yoga. No physical or mental  effort is needed.
It helps to practice
the meditation at home
every day for 5 to 10 minutes.
Meetings include a guided meditation,
where everyone  in
the room enjoys a state of
relaxation,   silence and calm. 

What to bring, what to wear
Meetings last about
an hour. You can either sit in a chair or
sit on the floor to enjoy  Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
Wear comfortable
clothing.
